Conversion of a Listed Building
Listed former Girls School in the West Midlands converted to flats. The role of the practice included carrying out a detailed building survey to establish the works required. Then liaising with the Local Authority Conservation Officer and warranty providers to provide sensitive design solutions to implement the required statutory improvements without compromising the appearance of the listed building.
Detailed building survey undertaken to establish the condition of the building structure
Orginal lead portico roof replaced with sensitively designed terned coated stainless steel to address theft issues.
